According to findings from recent APC research, forward-thinking CEOs expect their CIOs to be well-respected members of the top management team exploring new ways of adding value to the corporation, not only through bottom line efficiencies and savings, but through top-line growth. Most APC members have made major strides in bottom line efficiencies and savings (although they must stay on their toes with changes in business and technology). Their energy and interest is now focused on learning how to best fulfill expectations for top-line growth.

Madeline Weiss, APC's director, will share highlights of APC member learning related to:

How can you build and sustain relationships with peers necessary to enable top-line growth?
  • How can you leverage networks to identify innovative solutions that drive top-line growth?
