As VP and CIO, Joe supervised applications development, computer operations, information services, applied and emerging technology, telecommunications and network support, and database administration and security. Prior to this appointment, Joe was Vice President of Information Technology Services at Peoples Energy. He came to Peoples from Accenture in 2003. With 23 years in utility practice, he was promoted to partner with Accenture in 1990.
