Lewis comes to Forrester with 18 years of experience as a CIO, 5 years as a chief human resources officer, and 10 years as a management consultant with billion-dollar industries in Canada and the US that span government, airline, utility, and commercial real estate development.

Lewis serves CIO professionals. He is a leading expert on best practices and trends for information technology management, concentrating on shared services, business case development, organizational development, IT governance, program office, and value realization.
