This promises to be an exciting and timely breakfast event that will include a discussion and round table session led by Dr. Mark Jeffery, Director of Technology Initiatives in the Center for Research on Technology and Innovation at the Kellogg School of Management and Managing Partner of Agile Insights LLC.

Dr. Jeffery focuses on enterprise performance management, unlocking business value from marketing and IT, and customer relationship management (CRM) strategy and execution. Mark has an active research program at Kellogg and has recently surveyed 252 Fortune 1000 firms on strategic marketing performance management, capturing $53 billion of marketing spend. He has also previously surveyed 179 Fortune 1000 firms and 44 Federal Government agencies on IT management best practices, capturing $70 billion of IT spend. Dr. Jeffery is also the academic director for the Kellogg executive programs Driving Strategic Results through IT Portfolio Management andManaging Customer Relationships for Profit.

Dr. Jeffery will be assisted in the round table session by SIM Chicago Board Members: Ellen Barry, CIO for Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority; Mark Griesbaum, CIO for Cardean Learning Group; and Mike Glynn, Managing Partner of Transition Partners, Co.
