The Future Focus Breakfast Roundtable is an invitation only program for CIOs and their direct reports. SIM-Chicago’s goal is to facilitate an intimate, interactive session on a future facing topic. This year’s topic is "Preparing Your IT Organization to Enable Business Growth and Value".

Many IT organizations have been financially starved for years and continually challenged to do more with less. As more and more businesses begin to focus on the top line and create growth strategies, IT organizations need to change their focus as well. In this session, we will walk through a planning process that explores the implications for technology and for IT organizational readiness of a variety of different growth strategies.

The session will be facilitated by Gail Holmberg, President, Blue Morpho Consulting. Gail is a former CIO and divisional CIO who now specializes in Technology Strategy Development and IT Organizational Assessment services. The host for this year’s event is Quest Software. Quest Software simplifies and reduces the cost of managing IT for more than 100,000 customers worldwide. Their innovative solutions make solving the toughest IT management problems easier, enabling customers to save time and money across physical, virtual and cloud environments.

This limited-invitation only breakfast will not be a presentation or lecture, but rather, an active and intellectually stimulating discussion. This session is designed for Chicago area CIOs and their direct reports.

This is an invitation only event. If you would like to attend and have not received an email invitation please contact Cindy Wiertel at info@sim-chicago.org.
