Graham Waller has over 18 years of experience in driving business results and achieving measurable value from IT enabled transformation. Currently as Vice President and Program Director within Gartner’s Executive Programs, Mr. Waller supports CIO clients across a variety of industries, assisting them in business/IT alignment and maximizing IT value.  Previously while at Meta Group’s Executive Directions Service, Mr. Waller was an analyst and led the CIO level research on Enterprise Change Management.  Prior to joining META Group, Mr. Waller held a variety of IT and business leadership positions at a Fortune 100 end user company, including responsibility for IT Strategy, Governance and Portfolio Management, as well two years with P&L responsibility for CRM within the eBusiness Division.  Previous experiences included positions within a leading IT service provider’s consulting practice focusing on IT value realization, large scale data warehousing and IT enabled transformation initiatives.  He received a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Liverpool and holds certifications from the College of William and Mary and the University of Chicago.
