Timothy J. Theriault is an Independent, Non-Executive Board member for Alliance Data Systems, Wellmark, and Vitamin Shoppe. Prior to Board work, Tim was an Advisor to the Executive Chairman of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. from June 2015 to December of 2016. Prior to his advisor role, he served as executive vice president and global chief information officer of Walgreens Boots Alliance from 2014–2015. He served in leadership positions at Walgreen Company as senior vice president and chief information, innovation and improvement officer from 2012–2014 and as senior vice president and chief information officer from 2009–2012. Additionally, Mr. Theriault worked for Northern Trust Corporation from 1991 to 2009, as president of corporate and institutional services, president of Worldwide Operations and Technology, and Chief Technology Officer; he served as director of end user computing and advanced technologies for S. C. Johnson & Son, Inc., from 1989 to 1991. Previously, he served as a board member for the Depository Trust Clearing Corporation and SureScripts, LLC.
Frank B. Modruson
Board member – First Midwest Bancorp & Zebra Technologies
Former Chief Information Officer of Accenture
Mr. Modruson served as the CIO of Accenture from 2003 to 2014. Also, during his 27 years with Accenture, he was a technology leadership partner and client partner.
Mr. Modruson currently serves on the boards of Zebra Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: ZBRA), and First Midwest Bancorp (NASDAQ: FMBI). Previously, Mr. Modruson served on the boards of Landauer (NYSE: LDR), Forsythe Technologies (private ESOP), and also Taleris, a joint venture between Accenture and GE Aviation.
Mr. Modruson chaired the IT Committee at Zebra Technologies and co-chaired the Technology Committee at Forsythe.
Mr. Modruson also advises some of the world’s largest companies on Information Technology strategy, transformations, and program implementations. He participates in NACD director education events and other venues speaking about IT & Cyber Security.
Mr. Modruson is a board member of the Lyric Opera of Chicago, The Patrick G. and Shirley W. Ryan Opera Center, and The Glen Ellyn Volunteer Fire Company (where he is also a volunteer firefighter).
Mr. Modruson has a BS in Computer Science from Dickinson College and an MS in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University.
Jessica Gentile is a principal based in Heidrick Struggles' Chicago office, and is a member of the Global CEO and Board of Directors Practice as well as the Global Technology & Services Practice.
Jessica focuses on recruiting CEOs and directors for both private and public organizations of all sizes, from start-up to large-cap companies. She actively works with public and private boards in recruiting new directors and also serves as an advisor on major board restructuring and succession projects.
In addition to her board and CEO work, Jessica recruits senior executives across a range of technology sectors, including hardware, software/SaaS and cloud.
Prior to joining Heidrick, Jessica spent several years in industry with EMC Documentum in Pleasanton, California. She began her career with FirstEnergy in Akron, Ohio at the height of industry deregulation.
Jessica graduated with a BA in political science and history from Mercyhurst College, and she earned her MBA from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
