SIM Chicago celebrates the holidays with wine and community. Please plan to join us with your "plus one" for this this interactive event to learn about the rainbow of wines from sparkling to kosher. 

SIM Chicago is teaming up with Phil Grenier, the sole proprietor of Wine Knows of Grayslake IL. Wine Knows is the recipient of the Daily Herald’s Readers’ Choice Top Pick Award in 2017, 2019, and 2020. The award covers four northwestern suburbs, Lake, McHenry, DuPage and Kane. Phil is a native Chicagoan and a Cubs fan. Phil has been in the hospitality industry for nearly fifty years and has worked in restaurants, wineries, retail, as well as been a sommelier.

Make this an opportunity to refresh your wine knowledge, explore a new topic or simply join friends. Either way, the holiday event is just in time to learn and ask questions of our knowledgeable host. Questions that may benefit you when pairing wines with beef, lamb, fish, or pork. Maybe you’d like to understand the difference between grocery store wines and wines from a wine retailer.
