Courageous Conversation on Race and Racism. We have three exceptionally talented hosts lined up who will be leading our interactive discussion. The discussion is sure to:

  1. Provide an opportunity to explore the socialization process around race.
  2. Raise our awareness of the complex issues associated with race.
  3. Drive conversations that promote critical thinking, increase empathy, and encourage social perspective taking.
  4. Finally, discuss actions we can take to address racial issues both in our work environments and the world at large.

The Hosts are:

  • Billy Dexter, Partner - Diversity & Inclusion, Heidrick & Struggles Billy Dexter
  • Rodney S. Patterson, CEO, The Learner's Group and Author, Trumping the Race Card Rodney Patterson
