Skill 1: Awareness of Self and Others (Series 1) A conscious leader knows they are completely unique. They have their own beliefs and values. They have their own life and work experiences. No one else thinks what they think, knows what they know or sees things the same way as they do. They do not presume to think for another, know what another knows, or sees how another sees and therefore they do not dismiss another’s thoughts or words any more than theirs can be dismissed. Each view must be considered. Each view is invaluable. As a SIM CIO member there is no cost for this series for up to four future leaders of the member CIO. Space is limited!
