Skill 2: Perceptions and Interpretations (Series 2)

As leaders we should understand that individuals get boxed in by their perceptions; people we lead view their work environment, life, and the people in it through the filter of their own eyes. Each person, including leaders, has their own unique perspective and these perspectives shape the way information is interpreted and the way decision are made. Leaders should be looking to expand their view and be aware for more options.
