Skill 12: Integrity Through Consistency and Authenticity (Series 12)

Integrity is knowing who you are and what you stand for, and then making decisions which align with acting upon those beliefs. Leaders having high integrity are highly transparent, meaning they share their thoughts and beliefs openly. Because of this transparency, decisions that may have been otherwise be viewed as consistent with the leader’s principles or prior statements are viewed in an entirely different light.
