Skill 5: Acts Decisively (Series 5)

Leaders know that progress cannot continue until decisions are made. They generally are clear on their decision-making criteria, consciously walk through their decision-making process, and know how to balance the need for more information with the opportunity that could be lost by delaying the decision. They know their vision and how their other goals, strategies and plans are aligned around achieving it. They avoid making decisions out of fear or getting it wrong. They focus on making the best decisions, not the right decisions.
