These leaders understand that surrounding themselves with the right team is essential for success. They find people to support them who possess the skills, outlooks, and skills that they themselves do not have. They know they do not have to do it all themselves.

They create teams that possess certain key characteristics. Each member of the team is supportive of the overall team goal, as well as the goals of each of the other team members. They hold each other accountable for doing what they committed to do.
