In his role, Scott Morgan is responsible for establishing and executing the strategic vision for information technology throughout the Dearborn Group enterprise. He leads a large team of technology professionals and is responsible for the transformative modernization roadmap. He also leads business development, which includes strategic partnerships and distribution arrangements. Additionally, Scott leads strategy and innovation for the dental line of business, which is one of the largest dental programs nationally. He oversees network recruiting and operations as well as clinical support.

Heather collaborates with leadership and key stakeholders across Boston Children’s Hospital to help chart their course forward, from cybersecurity to and electronic health record plan, as well as new challenges stemming from the response to the COVID pandemic, including expanded digital access for virtual care and our increased commitment to remote work.
