Swadheen Sehgal has over 30 years' experience in building technology roadmaps for IT companies across the globe. Over the last three decades, has defined and delivered IT solutions for multinational companies across the globe including India, Germany, and Singapore. As the Chief Consulting Officer of Peterson Technology Partners, Swadheen oversees PTP's consulting team, providing our clients with end-to-end consulting services, including enterprise retail applications, IT services outsourcing, project management, QA, and post-service support. Swadheen earned his B.A. in Business from the Birla Institute (India) and his M.B.A from Ohm Institute (Germany). Swadheen is actively involved in community welfare initiatives such as Feed My Starving Children, Chicago.

Kader Sikkaria owns a patent in predictive model for relocation estimation and had co-authored a book on Digital Transformation – Chaos by Design. Prior to joining Gallagher, Kader led all Digital and Technology across RNL. He is an investor in Ai based Technology startup for Mental Well- being. Prior to joining RNL, Kader was the Head of Business, Technology and Portfolio Management at Realogy/Anywhere. Previously, Kader has led large scale technology transformation initiatives for fortune 500 companies like BMO Financial Group, Deloitte and Accenture. He was the country head for TransUnion in South Asia. He has led PMO, offshore delivery centers at various organizations State Farm Insurance, HighMark(Blue Cross Blue Shield of PA), US Foods and Ryder Logistics . He comes with deep vertical expertise in Healthcare, Logistics, Financial Services, Consumer and Industrial Products. Kader is the President of the Northwest Suburban Community College Board, SECA Commissioner of the City of Naperville, and Technology and Innovation Commissioner to the City of Aurora. Kader has earned his Masters in Computer Science from the University of Madras (India) and MBA in Global Management from Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).

Shai Chathurvedula is a digital technologist with over 20 years of experience in leading digital enablement programs. She excels in leveraging analytics, intelligent automation, AI, and cloud technologies to transform business processes and enhance user experiences. Shai is a recognized expert in data and analytics, post-merger integration, governance modeling, and change management, actively contributing to the analytics community.
