Kevin R. Lowell, Ph.D. is a technology and people leader with a rare combination of CIO and CPO experience. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President – Chief People Officer and Head of Communications at UScellular, where he led the human resources organization and oversaw communications supporting the company’s mission and strategic objectives.

Kevin previously held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Vice President of Engineering and Network Operations. His career has spanned technology, people, and organizational development—focusing on how leaders can bridge human potential and digital innovation.
